House Washing in Belleville, IL

Our customer called to have her house washed. Unable to physically do it anymore and having recent surgery we agreed to was 2 sides of her house for her. When we arrived we immediately noticed there was no clean side. The entire house need cleaned especially the gutters and we couldn't leave 2 sides dirty with our sign in the yard. So my crew leader made the call and washed the entire house. The customer was surprised when we didn't charge her any extra! Sometimes its the little things that mean the most.
